Is it normal to experience pain after my dermal fillers?
Swelling and tenderness is normal, severe pain is not. If you are in pain please let your provider know. If you do experience any pain or discomfort after the injection, you may take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as acetaminophen.
How long does dermal filler last?
Dermal filler lasts from 6 months to 1 year. This all depends on how fast your body metabolizes the injectable and your lifestyle habits.
Is dissolving filler painful?
There is a great stigma around dissolving being extremely painful. At Evolve Aesthetics our injectors use Hyaluronidase to dissolve the product, and paired with a great technique, our dissolving sessions are pain free!
